Since 2012, Homeland Enterprises has laid the foundation of expert real estate business. We began our journey with property businesses in Gulshan and Gulistan-e-Jauhar. Working at Gwadar multivarious projects, prominently named as Gwadar Golf City, Singhar Housing Gwadar, and New Town Gwadar, we flourished greatly. We started as traders and later on got an authorized dealership at Bahria Town Karachi. Both residential and commercial properties are our landmark projects. We feel obliged to deliver villas to the residents of Bahria Town Karachi up till now. Our team works for excellent property solutions. We are through and through with the construction of Liberty Residencia and HL Tower. Now, we are moving forward to construct HL Corner and Liberty Park’s Residencia. We also have HL Fifteen and HL Jinnah Heights as our next targets. All these projects shall deliver epitome residential and commercial options. For us, from soil testing to excellent construction of a project is an entire process. We believe in client satisfaction to create trademarks. Commercial, residential, and villas are proudly delivered and many are in the phase of construction. Along with this, we are now ahead to Faisalabad to set up a great venture. We shall launch the Homeland City Faisalabad. It will have both residential and commercial plots. Homeland City Faisalabad shall have world-class amenities and nearby facilities like schools, mosques, parks, etc. This project has 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal plots. We are planning to construct villas, apartments, showrooms, shops, and malls.
